CV of Dr Angelika Rietz
 After training as a chemical-technical assistant (CTA), Dr Rietz was primarily employed in several medical institutions. Until she began her medical studies, she was the laboratory director at the Institute for Microbiology.

She began her studies at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, transferred to the Ruhr University in Bochum and obtained her doctorate at the Private University of Witten-Herdecke under the direction of Dr Konrad Schily.

She conducted her scientific research in the area of phytoestrogens and tumour research at the Institute for Immunology under the direction of Prof. Dr. Dr. Zänker. Dr Rietz is known, among other things, through her international publications in the area of tumour research and laser medicine.

She later trained to become a specialist in skin and sexually transmitted diseases in Bochum, Düsseldorf and Bonn under the direction of Dr. Dr. Bieber.

2001, Dr Rietz founded the dermatology centre for skin, laser & aesthetic medicine in Geretsried, south of Munich, which she directs.
2006, the beauty centre, “Alpen Lifestyle Centre” was founded, which is attached to the dermatology.

2009 Director of Pro-Aesthetics, studio for cosmetic medicine, Munich and a private clinic for dermatology for aesthetics

Since 2008 Editor of the journal, “Ästhetische Dermatologie”.

Since 2010 scientific advisory board for the journal “Arzt & Ästhetik”
