Dermatology centre
Diagnosis and therapy for your skin

The dermatology centre has implemented a quality management system since 2009.

As a part of their quality management, the dermatology centre has set the following objectives:

In order to optimise patient care, we are networked with various centres:

  1. Dermatologische Universitätsklinik München (Dermatological Clinic at the Munich University Hospital)
  2. Städtisches Krankenhaus München-Schwabing (Municipal Hospital Munich-Schwabing)
  3. Eduard-Arning-Klinik für Dermatologie - Asklepios Klinik St. Georg, Hamburg (Eduard-Arning Clinic for Dermatology - Asklepios Clinic St. Georg, Hamburg)
  4. Ärztliche Laborgemeinschaft Südbayern (Medical Laboratory Association of southern Bavaria)

Billing

All services are billed on a private medical basis in accordance with the medical fee schedule (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte).

Consultation for patients who only have the statutory health insurance
The clinic offers an exam and consultation to those patients who only have the statutory health insurance on a self-pay basis. The social health care fee of € 10 is not necessary.

Individual health services
The legislature has clearly and unmistakably stipulated in the social security statute book that, under the dictates of the cost effectiveness, only medically necessary services may be prescribed by NHS physicians at the expense of the statutory health insurance (GKV). Moreover, these services must also be listed in the complete catalogue of services (EBM). All other medical services, without exception, are considered elective and after the associated costs have been discussed, they are to be settled with the patient. To this end, patients receive a bill in accordance with the medical fee schedule (GOÄ).
hese individual health services (IGeL) therefore include almost all of the contents of medical and dermatological cosmetology, dermatological anti-aging, laser therapy, travel medicine consultation and many ultra-modern and cosmetic surgeries, radiotherapy and medications
